Turkey Sandwich With Cream Cheese & Arugula

Ingredient List

  • 1 Ketolicious flat bread.

  • 4 (60g) Turkey slices (palm size)

  • 1 (14g) tablespoon cream cheese.

  • 3 - 4 rocca leaves

  • 3 tomato thin slices (optional)

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • A squeeze of lemon juice

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Evenly spread the cream cheese over the flatbread.

  • Layer the turkey slices, rocca leaves, and tomato slices on the flatbread.

  • Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze a bit of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Roll up the flatbread, folding in the sides.

  • Optional - Toast the wrap in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown or use a panini press device.

  • Remove, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
