Ingredient List
4 (60g) Turkey slices (palm size)
1 (14g) tablespoon cream cheese.
3 - 4 rocca leaves
3 tomato thin slices (optional)
Drizzle of olive oil
A squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
Evenly spread the cream cheese over the flatbread.
Layer the turkey slices, rocca leaves, and tomato slices on the flatbread.
Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze a bit of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Roll up the flatbread, folding in the sides.
Optional - Toast the wrap in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown or use a panini press device.
Remove, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
