Ingredient List
20g (handful) iceberg lettuce
50g feta cheese, crumbled
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
20g cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
Handful of fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation Steps
Chop the vegetables and prepare the feta and mint by crumbling the cheese and roughly tearing the mint. Set aside.
Lay the wraps flat on a plate and lay the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint down the middle of the wrap, dizzle the olive oil on top.
Fold the bottom of the wrap a third of the way up over the filling before folding the left and right of the wrap over.
(Optional) Panini press to toast the flatbread.
