Keto Feta Vegetables Wrap

Ingredient List

  • 1 Ketolicious flatbread.

  • 20g (handful) iceberg lettuce

  • 50g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped

  • 20g cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves

  • Handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation Steps

  • Chop the vegetables and prepare the feta and mint by crumbling the cheese and roughly tearing the mint. Set aside.

  • Lay the wraps flat on a plate and lay the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and mint down the middle of the wrap, dizzle the olive oil on top.

  • Fold the bottom of the wrap a third of the way up over the filling before folding the left and right of the wrap over.

  • (Optional) Panini press to toast the flatbread.
