1/2 (80g) Avocado, sliced

Preparation Steps
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Crack your eggs directly into the pan. For sunny-side-up eggs, let them cook on one side and cover the pan with a lid to ensure the tops are cooked. For over-easy eggs, flip them after a few minutes and cook for an additional minute.
Serve with the sliced avocado and ketolicious flatbread.
(Optional) Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the avocado, and sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper.
