125 g ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 large lettuce leaves
1 slice tomato
2 slices red onion
1 dill pickle slices
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Preparation Steps
Shape the ground beef into a patty.
Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
Heat a large frying pan or grill over medium-high heat.
Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on the patty to let it melt.
To assemble, take 3 - 4 lettuce leaves. spread the mayonnaise and mustard then add the patty in the middle. Add the tomato, red onion slices, and pickles.
