Keto Classic Burger in Lettuce Wrap

Ingredient List

  • 125 g ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

  • 2 large lettuce leaves

  • 1 slice tomato

  • 2 slices red onion

  • 1 dill pickle slices

  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Preparation Steps

  • Shape the ground beef into a patty.

  • Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.

  • Heat a large frying pan or grill over medium-high heat.

  • Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on the patty to let it melt.

  • To assemble, take 3 - 4 lettuce leaves. spread the mayonnaise and mustard then add the patty in the middle. Add the tomato, red onion slices, and pickles.

  • Try to wrap the burger so you can easily grab it.
