Ingredient List
40g Chicken breasts, boneless
1/2 (7g)tablespoon olive oil or butter
100g Iceberg lettuce
20g shredded Parmesan Cheese
40g Ketolicious Caesar Dressing or any other caesar dressing that has no sugar and a net carb score of 1g.
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then drizzle olive oil or melted butter on top. Bake the chicken in the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until it is fully cooked through. Alternatively, you can cook the chicken on the stovetop if desired.
Place lettuce as a base on a bowl and top with sliced chicken.
Finish by adding the dressing and then the Parmesan cheese and give them a good toss to combine.
