    • 40% (120g) Minced meat - Lamb meat

    • 20% (60g) Lamb fat

  • 1/2 Medium size (80g) onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 (30g) cup parsley, finely chopped.

  • 5g sea salt

  • 5g grounded black pepper

  • 2g mixed spices or kufta spices.

The Sauce

  • 1/2 (90g) green bell pepper, shopped

  • 1/2 (90g) onion, chopped

  • 40g tomato paste

  • 300ml water with maggie (chicken) or herbs.

Cauliflower Rice

  • 400g cauliflower

  • 1 (14g) tablespoon butter

  • salt to taste

  • Dash black pepper

Preparation Steps

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, combine the minced cow meat, minced lamb meat, lamb fat, finely chopped onion, parsley, sea salt, ground black pepper, and mixed spices.

  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the Meatballs:

  • Take small portions of the meat mixture and form into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Cook the Meatballs:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil if needed.

  • Cook the meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  • Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, add the chopped green bell pepper and chopped onion. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

  • Add the tomato paste and stir to combine.

  • Pour in the water with Maggi (chicken) or herbs, and bring to a simmer.

  • Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Cauliflower Rice:

  • Grate the cauliflower or pulse it in a food processor until it resembles rice.

  • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

  • Season with salt and a dash of black pepper.

Serve the kufta meatballs with sauce over the cauliflower rice. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
