Ingredients

INGREDIENTS ARE FOR 2 SERVINGS

  • 1 (200 g) ripe avocado

  • 3 g fresh cilantro

  • 3 tbsp (42g) olive oil

  • 12 g sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1⁄2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1⁄2 garlic clove, pressed

  • 1⁄4 tsp ground cumin

  • 1⁄4 tsp salt

  • 1⁄4 tsp ground black peppe

  • 2 Ketolicious Flat Almond Bread

Preparation

  • Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and spoon out the flesh.

  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until thoroughly smooth.

  • Add more oil, lemon juice or water if you want to have a looser texture. Adjust seasonings as needed.

  • Serve with Ketolicious flat bread.
