Ingredients
INGREDIENTS ARE FOR 2 SERVINGS
1 (200 g) ripe avocado
3 g fresh cilantro
3 tbsp (42g) olive oil
12 g sunflower seeds
2 tbsp tahini
1⁄2 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄2 garlic clove, pressed
1⁄4 tsp ground cumin
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp ground black peppe
Preparation
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and spoon out the flesh.
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until thoroughly smooth.
Add more oil, lemon juice or water if you want to have a looser texture. Adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve with Ketolicious flat bread.
